Xfinity WiFi Hotspots App Reviews

I cant ever connect to any available wifi sites when Im in the areas of available sites

Would it be too much to ask that the app tell me if Im on a legitimate or spoofed Xfinity network? It seems the most basic possible service such an app could provide, and yet its not there.

Big scam, over-priced, poor customer service

I havent been able to connect in multiple locations lately.

So far, this app has been terrific. I have found a HotSpot everywhere that I need it.

No complaints, easy to get connected in my area.

This app is terrific

When I first got this app it was like a godsend. You could get an XFINITY signal anywhere. It was revolutionary but me and a few other users I spoke with encountered a major glitch about two months ago and still have yet to be corrected. Now each time an XFINITY wireless connection is in range I click it with high hopes and sign in just to get the dreaded "You couldnt join the XFINITY network." This is almost guaranteed now and totally destroys the apps usefulness.

I love this app I get great service no problems yes Comcast is high but you get what you paid for

It will be interesting to watch Infinity and AT&T evolve to combat new comer to Atlanta Google fiber. Either evolve or become extinct, and with their past poor customer service issues they already have one foot in their grave.

Ive called customer service twice, and its been escalated but they never call back. On top of that every time I try and sign and it tells me no. No I cant watch the NFL playoffs online because I cant sign on. THE WORST.

When I am away from my router it just doesnt work. I can be in a home that has Comcast and I can see the signal is strong but when I try to connect I receive a message saying I cant connect. Why? Doesnt make sense. For the most part its useless. Very rarely am I actually able to connect to a hotspot. Please fix the problem.

Neat set up for internet out and about.

It worked fine for several weeks and I wake up one morning and the hotspot is gone. Whats the point if hotspots up and disappear overnight?
